Inurl: / View.shtml Is It Illegal To View Cams By Typing Inurl:view/shtml In Google?

Is it illegal to view cams by typing inurl:view/shtml in google? - inurl: / view.shtml

I saw that youtube vid says, if the type inurl: view / shtml in Google, the Web can be seen worldwide CCTV. Is it legal if? When entering into a bunch of lists for CCTV.

    About the website is never safe to assume it is safe. If the user wants MAC to ensure the transfer can be encrypted. So I would say no, not illegal. Immoral, possibly
